How to upgrade my membership?
You can select the new subscription directly and the old one will be cancelled. The duration of old membership will be combined into the new one with a certain conversion rate. The new subscription will not be debited until after this duration has ended. -
Where can I get invoice?
You can find your order in Account -> Invoice page and download your invoice. Before download your invoice, you should fill in your invoice information first. -
How can I unsubscribe?
